About The Mastery Module
This module is a hands-on application of the processes and procedures as they operate in the quality program. The mastery module is a comprehensive module. A learner will be given instructions applicable to the content in the previous modules. The successful completion of the mastery module indicates an understanding of the processes implemented in the managerial role for ISO Quality. If any section of the mastery module requires remediation, the learner will be instructed to revisit the module where some of the key elements were missing in successful completion of the mastery module.
Upon successful completion of all of the elements of the mastery module, the learner will be notified of successful completion and notification will be sent to Human Resources to update the training database for the learner. This portion of the course is monitored by the Quality Engineer using SpectraLink's established quality system.
